By accessing or using InvoiceGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceGen provides an online invoice generator that allows users to create, preview, and download invoices in PDF format. The service is available in free and paid (Pro) tiers.
3. Free Tier Limitations
- Free users are limited to 3 invoice downloads per month
- Free invoices include a watermark
- Invoice saving and client storage are not available
4. Pro Subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Features include:
- Unlimited watermark-free downloads
- Invoice saving and history
- Client management
- Custom branding options
5. Payment and Billing
Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the service
- Create fraudulent invoices
- Interfere with the operation of the service
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. InvoiceGen is not responsible for the content of invoices you create.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email (for Pro users) or by posting a notice on our website.
