How do I download my invoice?
After filling in your invoice details, click the "Download PDF" button on the right side of the screen. Your browser will download the invoice as a PDF file.
Why does my invoice have a watermark?
Free invoices include a small watermark. Upgrade to Pro to remove the watermark and access additional features like invoice saving and client management.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Invoice generation happens entirely in your browser. We don't store your invoice data or client information on our servers unless you explicitly save them with a Pro account.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Click on your account menu, select "Manage Subscription", and follow the prompts in the Stripe customer portal.
Can I get a refund?
We don't provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. However, if you cancel, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
What currencies are supported?
We support USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, and CHF. More currencies will be added based on user feedback.
How do I add my logo to invoices?
Logo upload is a Pro feature. After upgrading, you can upload your logo in the invoice form, and it will appear on all your invoices.
Can I save my invoices for later?
Invoice saving is a Pro feature. With Pro, you can save invoices, access your invoice history, and manage client information.
