Free Users (No Account)
For users who don't create an account, we collect minimal information:
- Usage metrics (number of downloads, page views) for rate limiting
- Browser and device information for analytics
- IP address (hashed) for abuse prevention
Important: Invoice data you enter is processed entirely in your browser. We do not store or have access to your invoice content, client information, or business details unless you explicitly save them with a Pro account.
Pro Users (With Account)
If you create an account or upgrade to Pro, we additionally collect:
- Email address (for authentication)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
- Saved invoices and client data (if you choose to save them)
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the invoice generator service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Prevent abuse and enforce usage limits
- Improve our service based on usage patterns
- Send important service updates (Pro users only)
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Invoice generation happens client-side in your browser. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and store sensitive data in encrypted form.
